I’m 73 years old. Because of back problems with arthritis found myself holding on to counters and chairs as I walked through my home. This eventually caused me to lose a lot of my core strength. Several of the reviews were written by older people. They used the Ab Doer 360 to help them gain more mobility and strength. I am using it approximately 10 to 15 minutes five days a week. Not only am I gaining more strength, I am standing up straighter, my balance has improved while feeling better. I’m not supporting myself with furniture and counters as I walk around my home.
